Ingredients

For Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • Salt

  • Water

For Filling

  • 3 boiled potatoes

  • ½ cup peas

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • Salt

  • Fresh coriander

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt and oil.

  2. Add water and knead firm dough.

  3. Mash potatoes and mix with spices.

  4. Roll dough into thin circles and cut in half.

  5. Shape cones and fill with potato mixture.

  6. Seal with water.

  7. Deep fry until golden brown.
