Dry roast peanuts on low flame until crunchy. Cool slightly and remove skins. Crush peanuts coarsely.

Step 3: Check Jaggery Syrup
To test consistency, drop a little jaggery syrup into cold water. It should form a hard ball.
Step 4: Mix & Set
Quickly add peanuts, cardamom powder, and sesame seeds. Mix well and spread onto a greased surface. Flatten using a rolling pin.

While warm, cut into squares. Let it cool completely before separating pieces.
